Marketing & Communications Manager required by manufacturing company based in Easingwold, York. Competitive salary package (bonus, pension, health insurance) offered depending on skills and experience. We manufacturer protective fabrics and membranes for a number of industries including building, civil engineering, marine and offshore industries, selling internationally to over 30 countries worldwide. Previous experience in the manufacturing and/or construction industries would be considered highly desirable.
As a talented Marketing Professional, you will have experience in digital marketing platforms, content creation, distribution and analytics. Your written communication skills will be first-class and you will be able to research and write technical briefings, project case studies and clickbait social media posts. The role will provide comprehensive support to the Sales Team, including all literature and collateral, email campaigns and promotions.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and disseminate sales / product collateral, editorials and case studies to relevant media
-Research and prepare technical briefings and white papers
-Maintain and update the company website, including monitoring, tracking and Google Analytics
-Create and publish content across the Company's Social Media platforms; tracking and analysing performance and interactions
-Prepare, control and maintain marketing plans (with Sales) when applicable
-Create and update video presentations, webinars and Google Slide/Powerpoint presentations
-Deliver email campaigns in the Company's preferred email marketing platform; monitor performance and effectiveness
-Provide support to the sales teams, including mock-ups and artwork and collateral/promotional material for customer partners
You:
-At least five years marketing experience at a senior level.
-First-class written communication skills
-Ability to create and deliver a marketing plan
-Experience with web content management
-Experience with key social media platforms and metrics
-Able to work on own initiative and in support of a cohesive team
-Preferable: Adobe CC, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
