Reporting to the IoH Head of Marketing, the Marketing & Content Assistant will help deliver the Institute's central and regional communications activity by assisting the marketing team promote events, products and services to both member and non-member audiences.
Working with internal team members, under the direction of the Head of Marketing, the Marketing & Content Assistant will help deliver the communications plans by helping to deliver website content, graphics and marketing support.
The Marketing & Content Assistant will be required to provide timely graphic design support across all communication channels including social media and help to enforce and communicate the IoH brand as a brand ambassador.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with Regions to clarify their marketing requirements from the request forms received and logged
Liaise with IoH team to clarify their requirements as required, or as directed
Set up Canva (or other systems that may be utilised in the future) templates under the direction of the Marketing & Graphic Design Executive
Produce graphics using Canva templates (or other systems that may be utilised in the future) to support content requirements for social media, the website and other communication channels as required and as directed
Provide content support on the website, as directed
Search for suitable photos from photo libraries, as directed
Upload podcast or other recordings to Soundcloud and upload videos to Vimeo (or other systems that may be utilised in the future)
Provide general support as required to both the Head of Marketing and the Marketing & Graphic Design Executive
Attend and assist at events as and when required
Assist the team as required
