What you'll be doing

Contribute to the planning and delivery of marketing activity, supporting strategic objectives and day-to-day campaign execution Capture and edit professional photography and video content for use across digital and offline channels Create and publish engaging blog and social media content in line with the content strategy and campaign plans Manage HubSpot marketing database and support the creation and distribution of email campaigns Carry out general marketing administration to support the smooth running of the team's activity Support internal communications by helping deliver clear, consistent messaging across departments Prepare marketing reports and campaign analysis for team review Ensure all content and materials are brand-aligned and contribute to a cohesive, professional brand image

All Centrick staff are expected to offer support to their team and to other departments and/or take on additional or varied duties as and when required due to the demands of the business. To be effective in this role, it is essential to build a good understanding of all departments, processes, and objectives.


What you need to succeed




Confident in capturing and editing high-quality photography and video content for digital marketing use Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor tone and messaging across channels Skilled in using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Premiere Pro) Creative and visually minded, with an eye for layout, branding, and content that performs Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and proofreading ability Highly organised and self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Commercially aware, with a good understanding of audience, brand positioning and campaign goals Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM and CMS platforms such as HubSpot and WordPress is desirable. A degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or a related field is preferred, but not essential with relevant experience
