We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Content Executive to join our Homecare team looking after artwork, e-content and customization for loved brands such as Fairy, Febreze and Flash.

About the Role

Marketing content is one of the most critical business drivers of the effectiveness of P&G\xe2\x80\x99s marketing spend. Primary packaging, customization artwork and E-Content are all critical communication tools, they communicate product benefits and usage instructions to consumers to fuel growth and importantly to meet regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the implementation of the marketing copy and e-content, ensuring our brands are the strongest everywhere our consumer\xe2\x80\x99s shop.

Owning the integration of all key online marketing content across touchpoints, and ensuring all content goes live for new products and initiatives.

Working with Brand teams to align strategies throughout the year, with strong focus on delivering exceptional content online and instore.

Timely approvals to deliver the content to our customers.

Acting as project manager for the local marketing and legal teams as well as with the regional e-content team.

Leading a monthly gap analysis, developing, and managing recommendations for process and content, uncovering key business opportunities to present to internal stakeholders.

\xe2\x80\x8bArtwork: Inputs, feedbacks, and approves artwork in system, including local market needs with proof-readers and translation systems.

E-Content: Local: Project management of the marketing e-Content development process and owns the in-market implementation to match all brand initiatives. Owns the development of local content and the product packaging adaptation. Approves all local marketing e-Content. Basic Regional e-Content: Confirms and provides feedback on e-Content marketing initiative scope, and translations. Approves all regional e-Content in database.

Customisation: Manages all customisation projects including artwork development and owns the implementation process with Customisation team.

Our Homecare Team spend 3 days of their week collaborating together in our offices or at our external partners or customers. This is balanced with 2 of their days spent on focused work which most tend to do from home. Of course, we do a bit of both every day, but we encourage our teams to choose where they work based on the jobs to be done.

Job Qualifications

Relevant FMCG experience with in-depth knowledge of retailer landscape and experience with portfolio brands.

In-store marketing experience and execution of shippers/key displays within key grocery customers.

Supply chain management experience with examples of managing complex supply challenges and processes.

eCommerce experience and demonstrated history of tracking and reviewing sales performance.

Basic experience with Product Artwork design and working with multi-functional design teams.
