The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic

Marketing Coordinator

to join our UK team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for a recent graduate or someone with early marketing experience who wants to develop their career. You'll support the delivery of marketing and communications activity, with a strong focus on digital channels.

Working closely with our sales, operations, and management teams, you'll help create engaging content that communicates our services, social value, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels. Support a structured content calendar aligned to campaigns and services. Write and edit marketing content for social media, website updates, and internal communications. Source or create visuals and graphics for posts. Attend events and site visits to capture photos and content. Track performance metrics and produce simple monthly reports. Maintain marketing templates and asset libraries. Assist with coordination of suppliers and ad-hoc marketing projects.

About You:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar (desirable). Experience through education, internships, or voluntary roles considered. Familiarity with social media platforms in a business context. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good IT skills (Microsoft Office). Well-organized, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of the waste and recycling sector.
