Be part of MBN's UK expansion and work at the center of client management, social media, and business growth. As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll support UK clients, collaborate with US-based teams, and work closely with the UK CEO to keep campaigns, content, and operations moving smoothly.This role is ideal for an early-career marketer looking for a part-time opportunity with real responsibility, hands-on learning, and clear potential to grow into a strong long-term career as our UK presence continues to expand.
What You'll Be Doing
Keep UK client accounts running smoothly through clear communication and coordination
Work closely with US design and specialist teams to execute campaigns and deliverables
Support UK social channels through posting, planning, trend checks, light design, and short-form edits
Write engaging copy for ads, social content, and client communications
Support new client onboarding and ongoing account needs
Assist with sales outreach, follow-ups, and sales meetings
Contribute ideas through trend research, content planning, and strategy support
Provide hands-on support to the UK CEO and join networking or industry events as needed
What You Bring
A creative mindset with a natural eye for content, trends, and fresh ideas
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple client accounts with ease
Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for light design and short-form edits
A solid understanding of social media formats, trends, and cultural patterns
Clear, confident writing skills for ads, social posts, and client communications
Comfortable working cross-functionally with US-based teams and interacting with clients
A proactive, curious approach and eagerness to grow in modern marketing
High attention to detail, adaptability, and reliability in a fast-paced environment
How You'll Measure Success
Delivering high-quality work on time (95%+ task completion)
Building positive client relationships and smooth account operations
Supporting 3-5 UK social posts weekly with growing engagement
Following up 100% on assigned sales and onboarding tasks
Communicating clearly with US teams within 24-48 hours
Consistently supporting UK CEO priorities and growth initiatives
