This role is perfect for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves, lead projects, and gain hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing activities. From day one, you'll be trusted to contribute meaningfully, with guidance and support from the General Manager and our wider marketing team at headquarters to help shape your development.

You'll join a small but ambitious marketing department currently made up of this full-time Marketing Coordinator role and a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist (currently on maternity leave).

You'll play a key part in bringing our marketing strategy to life, executing multi-channel campaigns across both B2B and B2C, managing digital content, supporting events, and contributing ideas that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement. Marketing Campaigns - 40%



Deliver multi-channel campaigns including direct mail, email marketing, trade shows, promotions, and customer communications.

Design or manage the outsourcing of brand assets in accordance with guidelines.

Manage marketing databases and automation work?ows in HubSpot.

Digital Marketing & Content - 20%



Use group-level content calendars to plan and adapt localised content for our channels.

Schedule and publish content across website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Maintain and update our WordPress website (blogs, product pages, localised content).

Manage access and content downloads on our customer portal (Shamir Personal).

Support social media engagement and growth.

Events & Promotions - 20%



Plan and coordinate logistics for UK-based events (approx. 4 per year), including

partnership events with and for BWT Alpine F1 Team.

Liaise with vendors, venues, stand providers, and internal teams.

Represent the brand at events and support lead generation on-site.

Sales Support & POS - 10%



Assist with design, production, ful?lment and replenishment of POS kits and

promotional materials.

Support the sales team with sales tools, client incentive programme assets and general

collaboration.

Reporting & Administration - 10%



Produce quarterly marketing activity reports using CRM and QlikSense.

Support tracking of marketing spend and processing of invoices and purchase orders.

Help coordinate internal events, including the sales meeting and annual summer party.

Carry out additional duties as required to support the evolving needs of the business.

Essential



Previous marketing experience with a desire to grow into an autonomous, hands-on role.

Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

Con?dent communicator with good writing and proofreading skills.

Pro?ciency in Microsoft Office and Canva/Adobe Suite.

Comfortable working independently and collaborating with others.

Desirable

Degree or diploma in Marketing or a related ?eld.

Experience with digital marketing and CRM tools.

Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, Salesforce, QlikSense, and SAP.

Ability to adapt visual assets using Adobe or Canva.

Knowledge of social media and website content management.
