Marketing Coordinator

to join our team and take our brand visibility to the next level.

About the Role

As our

Marketing Coordinator

, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness across 5 different accounts (Hidden River Cabins/Cafe/Barn, Broomholm Manor and Fishing Hideaway) increasing engagement, and bookings through innovative digital marketing strategies. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for content creation and data-driven marketing. You will be a self starter who will work alongside the marketing manager/owner to drive the business to the next level.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Digital Marketing

Develop and implement engaging content strategies across

LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram

. Create high-quality, platform-specific content, including

text, images, videos, reels, and stories

. Manage content calendars to ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence. Foster and engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages to enhance guest interactions. Stay ahead of social media trends, implementing new strategies to increase brand reach. Plan, execute, and manage

paid social media campaigns

, optimising them for maximum ROI. Track and analyse social media performance, reporting on

KPIs and insights

to refine strategies.

Google Ads & Website Management

Plan, execute, and optimize

Google Ads campaigns

, ensuring effective targeting and budget allocation. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI. Assist in managing and updating website content to enhance user experience and drive conversions. Optimize website SEO to improve organic search rankings. Track website analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Content Marketing

Develop compelling content across various formats to attract and engage target audiences.

Copywriting:

Craft persuasive and engaging copy for: Website content Social media posts Email newsletters Award submission brochures Customer communication documents Press releases

Who You Are

Experienced in

marketing and digital strategy

, with a strong focus on digital channels. Deep understanding of

social media platforms, best practices, and content trends

. Experience in

Google Ads and paid social media advertising

. Exceptional

copywriting and communication skills

, with an eye for detail and creativity. Excellent

project management skills

, with the ability to
