To support our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a highly motivated and digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator, based at our Coleshill office, with flexibility to work from home.

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our team in delivering engaging campaigns and communications. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll contribute to the creation of high-impact content, manage digital channels, and help bring our brand to life across a range of platforms and materials.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:



Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Maintain and update the social media calendar. Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, datasheets, marketing templates, and exhibition graphics, ensuring brand consistency. Source and manage promotional gifts. Support video creation, including helping develop storyboards and attending video shoots. Regularly update website content and ensure it reflects current campaigns, products, and messaging, with a good understanding of SEO principles to optimise visibility and performance. Assist with day-to-day marketing activities including chatbot responses, verifying website visitors, updating the training calendar and image library, and supporting internal and external customers. Collaborate effectively with different teams and work independently when needed. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace in line with 5S principles. Adhere to all company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Essential Criteria



You will have a Marketing degree or minimum two years' experience in a marketing role. Confident in using InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and Illustrator. Able to drive/access to own vehicle and willing to travel/take part in events, meetings and capture photos/videos on site for use in case studies and social media content. Well organised and eager to get tasks completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. Have a good understanding of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Canva. Have an eye for detail and an eye for design. Excellent communication skills. Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
