Duties

This is a temporary role providing maternity cover - with an expected start date of October 2025 for 9-12 months working on site (Inverurie, Aberdeenshire)

Plan and execute email and SMS marketing, campaigns including the design, build, copywriting, scheduling and deployment of one-time recurring and automated triggered campaigns. Developing CRM and email marketing programmes which communicate the fortnightly campaign and trade plan to achieve set targets. Design and build effective conversion focused email marketing templates ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Manage the relationship with our email platform provider. Analyse performance of email marketing campaigns to provide actionable insights and improvements for future development. Work with the Senior Customer Manager to manage the marketing budget for all CRM and email marketing actively.

Requirements

Ideally educated in marketing or other equivalent/relevant areas or a minimum of 2 years marketing experience. A creative person with exceptional analytical skills. Excellent copy write skills with a keen eye for detail in written communication. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Good understanding of customer's needs and behaviors. Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Great knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
