Job Description

AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator. As we move into a more digital era with the recent launch of our new website, we are looking for a marketer with a passion for all aspects of marketing from helping to run events through to enhancing our SEO.

This role is pivotal in supporting the Head of Business Growth and Marketing and collaborating with the Business Growth team to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, increase our brand visibility and drive engagement through all channels.

Location: Derby office /Hybrid



Salary: 30,092 to 33,499 FTE



Contract: Permanent Full time (36.5 hours per week)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Coordinate marketing activities to support our Business Development teams

Manage digital channels - from social media to email campaigns

Optimise SEO to boost online visibility

Create engaging content that strengthens our brand

Play an active role in the organisation and running of events

Experience and Knowledge



Experience in marketing coordination and digital marketing

Strong knowledge of social media, SEO, and analytics

Ability to manage a range of relationships, both internally and externally

Good communication skills (written and oral)
