Marketing Coordinator



Location: Rushock Trading Estate, Droitwich - Worcestershire



Salary: Up to 29,000 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience



Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, hybrid working available

Our people are at the heart of our success -- and we now have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Marketing Coordinator to help us create and deliver engaging content, design-led marketing materials and event support that strengthens customer engagement and supports commercial activity.

About the role




The Marketing Coordinator will support the delivery of marketing and communications activity across the business. The role involves assisting with the creation of social media content in line with agreed marketing plans and brand guidelines, including content for platforms such as LinkedIn, as well as designing and producing core marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, flyers and digital assets using Canva and Microsoft Office.


The role will also support the delivery of marketing campaigns, website content and the development of blogs, case studies and other supporting materials. In addition, the role includes providing marketing support for customer and sales events, including the preparation of materials, presentations and follow-up communications to support lead development and targeted marketing activity. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager and wider business teams, the role will help maintain and update marketing materials to ensure consistency, accuracy and alignment with brand standards.

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you are well organised and calm under pressure, you plan ahead, prioritise non-routine tasks and are able to adapt effectively to changing circumstances. You take a methodical approach to your work, breaking objectives into manageable actions and meeting deadlines consistently. You are proactive, reliable and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes, with the ability to work independently.


You are customer-focused and collaborative, building positive, effective communication with colleagues and customers to resolve queries and improve service.
