Pulman Group is looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to join our growing Marketing team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for a recent graduate or someone with early marketing experience who is keen to develop their career within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
You'll work closely with the Assistant Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, supporting the delivery of campaigns across our websites, email communications, and internal marketing channels. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing and a clear pathway for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Website & CMS Support
Update and maintain website content using the CMS (offers, banners, imagery, copy updates).
Ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with current campaigns.
Support campaign launches by uploading and updating landing pages and content.
Email Marketing
Create and send targeted email campaigns to customer databases.
Work with the Assistant Marketing Manager to plan content and messaging.
Monitor basic email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates).
Ensure all communications are GDPR compliant and brand-aligned.
Internal Marketing Communications
Create engaging internal communications to support business updates, campaigns, and key initiatives.
Assist departments across the business in communicating messages clearly and creatively.
Support the development of internal communication that engages colleagues and reinforces Pulman Group's family business culture.
Creative & Design Support
Create and resize basic creative assets using
Adobe Photoshop
(or similar).
Support campaign visuals, email graphics, and internal comms materials.
Work alongside the Lead Videographer and marketing team to ensure consistency of look and feel.
General Marketing Support
Provide day-to-day support across marketing campaigns and activity.
Assist with events, promotions, and campaign rollouts.
Support reporting, scheduling, and general administration as required.
Act as a flexible team player, supporting different areas of marketing delivery.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing (or equivalent experience).
Strong written communication skills with good attention to detail.
Comfortable using website CMS platforms and email marketing tools.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar design software.
Well organised, proactive, and keen to learn.
Desirable
Previous marketing experience (placement, internship, graduate role, or junior position).
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp etc).
Basic understanding of digital marketing and customer journeys.
Interest in automotive, retail, or customer-focused industries.
Bonus Scheme
You'll be eligible for a 2,000 annual bonus, paid quarterly, based on:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Working Hours
Some flexibility is desired as occasional out of hours work may be required at times; lieu time will be provisioned in these cases.
