Marketing Manager
, you'll play an important role in helping to plan, deliver, and monitor marketing and communications activity across a range of channels.
You'll be involved in varied tasks -- from supporting digital campaigns and social media activity to producing content and maintaining marketing materials -- ensuring our marketing output is effective, consistent, and aligned with our brand.
(37.5 hours per week).
Key responsibilities:
Assist the Marketing Manager in the design, development, and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, email) in line with strategic goals.
Coordinate content creation: write or edit copy, request visuals, liaise with designers, and ensure brand consistency.
Manage social media accounts: schedule and post content, monitor engagement, respond to queries, and prepare analytics reports.
Support email marketing: draft and create campaign emails in conjunction with the Media Manager, monitor opens/clicks, and iterate to improve performance.
Update event information in templates created by the Creative Manager using Adobe design software.
Track performance metrics (KPIs), compile marketing reports, and deliver insights and recommendations.
Liaise with other departments and staff around the organisation to ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaigns.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers (e.g. designers, printers, media) to deliver assets on time and within budget.
Maintain marketing collateral inventory, asset libraries, brand guidelines, and other marketing documentation.
Actively seek ways to improve processes, tools, and workflows to boost marketing efficiency and outputs.
Maintain and update the company website and content management system (CMS) as needed.
Work with our event platform to create and maintain event websites.
Create visual content for use across digital channels
Support the wider INSOL team with additional administrative tasks as required.
