A unique opportunity to develop a unique heritage lighting brand. Based in Glasgow J&G Coughtrie is a brand dedicated to producing and restoring heritage lighting. Taking inspiration from the original Coughtrie business which started in 1938, the company has already completed prestige projects including supplying heritage lighting to the likes of Bletchley Park and The Waverly Paddle steamer, and restored the Art Deco lighting at the likes of Daldowie Crematorium.

The company is committed to delivering products and services which aid the circular economy, it uses materials which can be recycled easily and product designs which are both long lasting and able to be constantly upgraded.

With key projects undertaken the next phase is to develop the brand across the heritage and restoration space.

We wish to add a dynamic Marketing Coordinator with a passion for the built environment to join our emerging team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, with a strong background in digital media and content creation. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously, as well as collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

They should be passionate, energetic and above all want to take control of the marketing mix.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience



Minimum 2-3 experience in a similar role within the built environment A background in B2B Marketing - either through in-house or agency roles. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Knowledge of SEO. Track record of owning and managing B2B social media platforms - for example LinkedIn. Experience with analytics tools - such as Google Analytics. Excellent knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Strong organizational, and project management skills. Experience with design software including Canva. Exceptional communication and analytical skills.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
