Marketing Coordinator

What You'll Do:
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the planning and execution of marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and drive engagement. Your day-to-day could include managing content calendars, coordinating social media, tracking campaign metrics, producing digital assets, and helping organize events. You'll be a key player in making sure our marketing efforts are timely, consistent, and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist on the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across digital, print and event channels.
Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, emails, social media posts, and website content.
Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms.
Support content creation efforts including copywriting, blog posts, newsletters, etc.
Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
Organise and support events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and brand guidelines.
Stay up to date with marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Marketing team administration.
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of marketing experience
Strong writing and communication skills
Good organisation and time management abilities
Familiarity with tools like Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Klaviyo
Experience in social media, graphics desing, PR, or advertising would be beneficial
A passion for learning and collaborating with a creative team

Pay: 27,000.00-32,000.00 per year
