We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who lives for organisation, loves a good project plan, and enjoys being the person who keeps everyone and everything on track.

This role is all about

co-ordinating the marketing function

- managing products, campaigns and information between our internal team and a network of external agencies and freelancers. If you're a natural project manager, highly organised and driven, this will be a great fit.

The role

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the hub of the marketing team. You'll:

Act as the

main point of contact for all marketing agencies and freelancers

Make sure all activity is

on brand, accurate and aligned with business priorities

Manage products and content

across our website and third-party sales channels Keep campaigns and projects

on schedule, on brief and properly communicated

across the business
You won't be expected to reinvent the brand or do everything yourself - we have specialist agencies for that. Your job is to make sure everyone has what they need, work is delivered on time, and our marketing runs smoothly and efficiently.

About you

You're likely to be:

Highly organised and detail-obsessed

- you enjoy lists, timelines and tidy processes

Project-minded

- comfortable juggling multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines A

clear communicator

- confident working with agencies, freelancers and internal teams

Commercially aware

- you understand how campaigns support sales and business goals Happy working with tools like project management software (Asana), Shopify and email systems (Klaviyo) Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets and dashboards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
