About the Role:
As an experienced
Marketing Coordinator
, you will be responsible for executing Spectra's marketing strategy across multiple channels, focusing on content generation, digital presence, and support for sales and brand initiatives.
You will generate a variety of new marketing materials monthly, creating a mix of content types to support sales and enhance brand visibility. This includes creating and distributing articles and press releases and consistent written content for marketing purposes. You will design new printed materials in collaboration with the sales team and produce engaging video content.
You will manage and grow Spectra's social media presence, send targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and promote products and be responsible for regularly updating the company website, including creating news articles.
You will effectively manage your time and prioritise tasks to meet project deadlines. You must foster proactive collaboration with other departments, providing crucial support for cross-departmental projects, and occasionally liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth workflows, cost efficiency, and high-quality material production.
You will conduct market research on trends, competitors, and customer needs, sharing actionable insights with the team. You will assist in coordinating trade shows and other events, both internal and external.
About you:
You have strong copywriting skills, excellent project management abilities, and a collaborative spirit that aligns marketing efforts with our overall business objectives. You understand the value of a consistent brand voice and a well-executed digital presence.
You are an organised and self-motivated individual, used to managing a diverse workload with strong attention to detail. You possess strong communication skills, able to translate complex information into clear and engaging content.
You are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Familiarity with AI tools is beneficial, but not essential.
