An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Northern Estate Agencies Group as a full time Marketing Co-Ordinator in our dedicated Marketing Team based at our Head Office.

About Us.

We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing co-ordinator to join our busy Head Office team. Working within the Marketing team you will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities for one of the brands within our group. You will be creating and delivering both online and offline marketing activities and campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity, offering a varied and rewarding workload. Responsibilities include working closely with our branch teams to create engaging and relevant social media content, producing printed marketing materials inline with brand guidelines and coordinating our community support fund for your designated brand.

Responsibilities

Planning, creating and scheduling social media content on multiple platforms

Designing printed marketing materials

Coordinating requests and projects for our Community Support fund

Working closely with our local branch teams

Organising and attending various community events throughout the year

Sending e-marketing campaigns

Required skills

Experience of Adobe Suite including Indesign

Experience of creating and scheduling social media content

Good communication skills, working with a variety of stakeholders

Experience of Instagram, Facebook and Tik-Tok

Experience of using an e-marketing platform

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 28,000.00 per year
