Marketing Coordinator

to join our team and help elevate the Oodles Wok brand.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing and managing marketing initiatives that promote Oodles Wok's brand, products, and customer engagement. This role includes supporting local marketing initiatives, coordinating new store opening marketing tasks, and strengthening relationships with franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and offline channels.

Manage day-to-day social media activity, including posting, scheduling, and uploading stories across platforms. Support and assist during video shoots and content creation, with confidence to appear on camera when required. Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and social media advertising), including setup, monitoring, and performance reporting. Proactively contribute ideas for content, campaigns, and promotions to support brand growth and engagement. Support the creation of promotional materials, including flyers, menus, posters, and digital assets. Coordinate marketing events, promotions, and partnerships in Leicester and surrounding areas. Monitor and report on campaign performance, social media metrics, and customer engagement. Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time. Liaise with external agencies, designers, and suppliers as needed. Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities for growth. Travel may be required at certain times to support marketing initiatives or new store launches.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred.

1-2 years of experience in marketing

(minimum) within retail, hospitality, or F&B sectors is essential. Confident, proactive, and highly organised. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Must have a valid driving license and be able to travel as required. Office-based in Leicester City Centre.
