A growing energy and sustainability business is seeking a capable, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to support their next stage of growth.

With strong momentum and growing market demand, they're now expanding their marketing function to keep pace.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join a lean but ambitious marketing team and play a pivotal role in campaign delivery, content creation, and market engagement.
You'll work alongside the existing Marketing Executive to build out marketing activity across channels, markets, and service lines - helping the business raise its profile, generate leads, and support commercial growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering multi-channel campaigns including email, digital, social, and events
Writing and editing content for web, case studies, client presentations, and proposals
Supporting event preparation and follow-up to drive meaningful engagement
Assisting in the development of sales materials and pitch documentation
Conducting market and competitor research to inform strategy
Helping build scalable marketing processes, reporting, and assets
This is a hands-on role with great variety and exposure - ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a well-rounded marketer with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a B2B or service-based environment. You should be confident working independently but collaborative in approach, with a desire to make a visible impact from day one.
You'll likely have:
2+ years' marketing experience across digital, content, and campaign delivery
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, social schedulers, CRM systems)
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
A proactive, can-do attitude - comfortable working in a small, agile team
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in energy, sustainability, industrial, or manufacturing sectors
Design and content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing)
