The Curious Guys Limited is a national wealth management company based in a splendid Grade 2 listed building in Loughborough. We are seeking an eager beaver, target-driven marketeer to help us with our companies, which currently are:

If you are an experienced Marketing Co-ordinator who is a creative, proactive and free-thinking individual, we'd love to hear how you could assist our busy team. It's an extremely varied role in a vivacious team; every day is different and we laugh A LOT.

What we expect from the candidate:



Lead the rollout of one of our new brands, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials. Plan and deliver creative marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional concepts to boost brand awareness and attract new business. Manage and update social media channels, creating engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X. Coordinate artwork delivery, mailshots, newsletters, and marketing materials aligned with brand identity and business objectives/goals. Track and report marketing performance using various tools such as Google Analytics. Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic decision-making. Liaise with clients, introducers, and suppliers to support marketing and business development initiatives. Carry out regular tasks, complete product applications and spreadsheets accurately, and maintain high-quality standards. Adapt quickly to company software and CRM systems to ensure efficient data management and reporting. Assist at seminars and business expos to represent and promote the company's brands. Demonstrate a commercial mindset, proactive attitude, and problem-solving approach to deliver outstanding results. Work both independently and collaboratively within a small, supportive team, ensuring strong communication and cooperation. Ensure all tasks and projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. Provide cover and support for colleagues when needed, contributing to a positive and productive team environment. Undertake any other duties required to support the smooth running and continued growth of the businesses. This is a small team, so interaction with your colleagues will be critical.

Desirable experience:



Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, branding, or communications roles. Desired Education Level:5+ GCSEs grades at A - C (9 - 5) or equivalent. A high standard of written English is essential. Management of social media platforms including Facebook, Meta, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Creation of short-form video content for platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies. Planning, executing, and monitoring multi-channel marketing campaigns. Website design, maintenance, and optimisation. Ensuring SEO best practices are applied and aligned with web analytics. Development of corporate marketing literature and high-quality product copywriting. Proficiency with graphics and design tools, including Photoshop and Canva. Scheduling and managing social media content. Analysing marketing data and reporting performance insights to guide campaigns. Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Experience with SEO is an advantage. Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to marketing trends. Prioritising. Reporting and scheduling. Problem solving and multi-tasking. Google for Business is the preferred company software. Intermediate standard of spreadsheet experience required. Working knowledge of business systems, such as CRM (Client Relationship Management platform). Time and Diary Management. We use a communal diary which can become hectic. Be able to maintain strict confidentiality.

Additional Job Information:



Holidays: 22 days with one day extra per year served, to a maximum of 25, plus statutory bank holidays. Pro rata holidays for part-time position. Extended Christmas/New Year break (2 weeks) - paid or unpaid dependent upon holiday accrued. Company Pension Scheme. Free on-site parking and secure bike rack. Personal Costco annual membership once probationary period passed. Full, clean driving licence desirable. Mileage and expenses are paid at the standard rate.

Schedule:



Full-time hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm Lunch time 1.30pm to 2pm LOUGHBOROUGH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
Finally, and if you're allergic/dislike dogs, we have a corporate pupper in the office... Poppy, a very small Jack Russell. She rules the roost!
