We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to support and deliver the company's marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role covering graphic design, website management, digital marketing, and general marketing activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Director to promote the brand, products, and services across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
Manage and update the company website, including content changes, new pages, and ongoing improvements.
Plan, create, and execute email campaigns, email outs, and e-shots.
Set up, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
Design marketing literature, brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.
Prepare visual content for digital platforms, advertising, and print.
Ensure all materials are consistent with brand guidelines.
Photography & Visual Assets
Photograph finished vehicle fit-outs, products, and installations.
Edit and prepare images for use across marketing channels, website, and promotional materials.
Maintain an organised library of marketing and product imagery.
General Marketing Activities
Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Assist with product launches, promotions, and exhibitions where required.
Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers as needed.
Track marketing activity and report performance, insights, and progress to the Commercial Director.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with hands-on responsibility across digital and offline marketing.
Strong graphic design skills with experience using design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience managing websites and basic understanding of CMS platforms.
Knowledge and practical experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Photography skills with experience shooting and editing product or commercial images.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
