Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales team in Plymouth. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our brand presence and driving marketing initiatives that align with our mission of delivering power, precision, and control.

Responsibilities

Plan, co-ordinate and implement the internal & external marketing strategy for KPM UK to support business growth, sales development and brand awareness. Contribute to internal communication and marketing to foster employee information and engagement. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. Develop, plan and implement marketing strategies aligned with business growth core values.

External Marketing

Maintain and develop promotional materials

Manage company website and client zone

Oversee social media presence (focus on LinkedIn)

Co-ordinate trade show participation

Liaise with external marketing agencies and Kawasaki companies

Use market and sales data for benchmarking.

Internal Marketing

Collaborate with HR Manager on internal comms to support employee engagement strategy

General

Perform administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

Highly organized, adaptable and flexible with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Able to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines IT proficiency, especially Microsoft suite High level of confidentiality when handling sensitive data Able to write and manage compelling social media content Understanding of relevant social media channels Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress or similar tools (preferred). Italian, German or Japanese language skills desirable.
This is a site-based role with some flexibility on hours and the option to work one day per week from home. Some travel to events may be required.
