Marketing Coordinator - Point of Sale (POS) Materials

Marketing Coordinator

to join our growing marketing team and help deliver high-quality point of sale (POS) materials for our extensive flooring ranges -- from laminate and luxury vinyl to carpet, real wood, lino, and artificial grass.

About the Role

In this dynamic and varied position, you'll take ownership of the design, production, and distribution of our in-store marketing and promotional materials. You'll work closely with both internal teams and global suppliers to ensure every display, sample board, and showroom asset reflects the quality and style of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Design and coordinate marketing and POS materials for our flooring collections. Manage production timelines, ensuring materials are delivered on schedule and within budget. Liaise with international suppliers and manufacturers to oversee printing, packaging, and shipping. Organise the logistics and distribution of marketing materials to retail partners and customers across the UK. Maintain clear, professional communication with internal departments and external partners. Support the wider marketing team with brand consistency across all touchpoints.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. A clear and confident communicator, comfortable dealing with suppliers and partners from around the world. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Creative, with an eye for design and brand presentation (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus). Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
