The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will lead on coordination of global events, support on web and social channels, and support marketing operations. This hands-on role involves stakeholder collaboration to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks, campaigns and projects, delivery of consistent social and web content, supporting events and webinars, and tracking key metrics. You'll gain exposure to content creation, email marketing, social media, SEO, paid media, and analytics, playing a critical role in the company's marketing success. This role will report to the Strategic Marketing Consultant.
Responsibilities
Collaborate in the coordination of technical execution to deliver on strategic aims.
Maintain the marketing calendar and planner to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Coordinate and manage the delivery of digital and physical marketing assets.
Grow and manage social presence through stakeholder collaboration, particularly on LinkedIn, by drafting and scheduling posts using Hootsuite.
Assist in executing multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, paid ads (LinkedIn), and web.
Support lead generation efforts and contribute to pipeline growth in alignment with sales strategy.
Draft, edit, and publish blogs, emails, landing pages, and social media content.
Optimise content and update on-page SEO elements to enhance search rankings.
Track campaign performance, contribute insights, and propose improvements to enhance ROI.
Gather and organise marketing data to analyse performance and guide strategy.
Support internal marketing requirements to assist with presentations and proposals.
Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Event coordination to develop and improve current process.
Update website content using CMS platform.
Client and stakeholder engagement to support marketing initiatives and maintain strong relationships.
Support with general office tasks and coordination as needed to ensure smooth office operations
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities that align with evolving marketing and office management needs and team priorities
Qualifications and skills
1-3 years of experience in a marketing coordination role required
Bachelor's degree within marketing preferable
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and messaging.
Proficient experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PPT) is required.
Adobe Creative Cloud experience is preferable.
Proficiency with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) or basic HTML.
Working knowledge of SEO tools to enhance search rankings.
Experience managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
Familiarity with paid media platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
Basic skills in data analysis and reporting.
Willingness to learn and grow, taking initiative to improve processes and outcomes.
An ability to solve complex problems with minimal guidance.
Terms and conditions
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
Annual Leave: 25 days per annum plus public holidays
Location: Global Operations Centre, Southampton, UK
Working hours: 08:30am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday
