As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team full-time and help drive market growth, increase brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads. This role offers the opportunity to progress into a Marketing Manager position as the business expands.
The Role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy by creating compelling content, managing digital channels, and driving lead generation for a global engineering brand. This is a hands-on role where creativity meets data-driven decision-making. The role has a high level of autonomy, whilst still working closely with our technical and sales teams to craft campaigns that resonate with industry leaders and help us expand our presence worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
Maintain and update our website using analytics and A/B testing to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Content Creation
Develop engaging content including blogs, case studies, press releases, and more, to boost organic traffic and strengthen brand authority.
Lead Acquisition
Drive high-quality leads through targeted campaigns, leveraging paid ads and strategic partnerships.
Email Marketing
Manage existing campaigns and launch new outreach initiatives using Mailchimp to attract and nurture prospects.
Marketing Automation & CRM
Use HubSpot to manage campaigns, track performance, and optimize lead nurturing workflows.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to inform data-driven decisions.
Who We're Looking For
An experienced B2B marketer who thrives on creativity and data. You understand technical markets and know how to turn complex ideas into compelling stories. If you're ready to take ownership of marketing initiatives and make a measurable impact, this role is for you.
Experience & Qualifications
4+ years in B2B marketing (technical or engineering sectors preferred)
Strong copywriting and content development skills
Proven track record managing campaigns end-to-end
Skilled in data analytics and trend interpretation
Website management experience (CMS platforms)
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp
Skills & Attributes
Creative problem-solver with an eye for detail
Analytical thinker who makes decisions based on data
Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects
Proactive and self-driven, comfortable working independently and collaboratively
