We're on the lookout for a

Marketing Copywriter

to join our Digital Marketing team -- someone with a flair for storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong understanding of how content performs across platforms. This is a hands-on role where

you'll write content

that not only

inspires

but converts.

Your main focus will be crafting engaging content for email campaigns and social media -- from lifecycle journeys to day-to-day posts across platforms. You'll also support wider content needs, including SEO landing pages, blog articles, and paid ads. While you won't set the content strategy, you'll be instrumental in bringing it to life, ensuring everything you create aligns with our brand voice and speaks directly to our audience.

This role will see you collaborating closely with our Ecommerce, CRM, Creative, Marketing, and Category teams to create content that

drives both engagement and commercial success

.

Key Responsibilities:



Craft compelling content across digital touchpoints mainly including, social media and email campaigns but also will require SEO blog articles, paid ads, ecommerce pages, and more.

Ensure all content is optimised for search, aligned to brand tone of voice, and tailored to the needs of different customer segments.

Use SEO tools, keyword data, and content performance insights to guide and refine your writing.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to uncover stories, create customer case studies, and bring content ideas to life through visuals and video.

Support campaign execution by managing content deliverables and working closely with Creative, CRM, and Digital teams.

Track and report on content performance using tools such as GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs, helping drive continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed:



To succeed as a Marketing Copywriter, you'll need a strong passion for creating compelling, SEO-optimised content that drives performance across digital channels. You'll need to be a skilled storyteller, able to turn business insights into engaging content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more. A customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be key to your success. You should have a keen interest in the latest digital trends and be proactive in testing, refining, and improving your content. Experience with AI content tools is an advantage, though not essential.

Proven experience in content creation with a focus on SEO and digital performance. Strong copywriting skills across various formats, including blogs, ads, and email. Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) for content creation and optimisation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality content.

Core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be required for this role. A job profile is available on request.
