About you:
As a Marketing CRM Account Manager, you will provide proactive support and manage the requirements of key stakeholders on a daily basis. You have a solid understanding of the client's overall data structure and the associated activities implemented to drive additional visits and spending. You also stay informed about the broader macro environment in which your clients operate, enabling you to advise on new activities that will enhance CRM results.
Building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders for each client, as well as with the Projects Delivery team, is essential to ensure both day-to-day operations and projects are successfully delivered.
