About you: As a Client Director, you lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results for a portfolio of high-profile hospitality strategic accounts. You understand your clients' commercial goals, market environment, customer behaviour, and data governance requirements, and you translate this into actionable CRM and loyalty strategies that deliver measurable ROI. You excel at building strong, senior-level relationships and you collaborate with multiple teams across the end-to-end customer journey. You are commercially astute, data-driven, and proactive in spotting opportunities for growth that deliver measurable impact. You understand how CRM fits within the wider digital marketing mix and overall business strategy, and you can advise on areas such as loyalty mechanics, social media advertising, and other acquisition and retention tactics. You're also a coach and mentor, committed to developing talent within your team. Day-to-day, you will: o Strategic Client Leadership: Build trusted senior-level relationships, acting as a strategic partner advising on CRM, loyalty, and digital marketing strategy whilst driving efficiency, revenue growth, and leveraging AI innovations to maximise ROI o Team Development & Culture: Lead, coach, and inspire your team through quarterly Employee Success Plans, creating a high-performing culture that champions inclusivity, collaboration, and development whilst living The Access Way leadership behaviours o Delivery Excellence & Commercial Management: Oversee delivery against agreed KPIs ensuring quality and timeliness, manage account commercial health including forecasting and renewals, and collaborate across multiple teams to deliver seamless customer journeys o Market Innovation & Compliance: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, use client insight to influence product innovation, ensure GDPR compliance and global data standards, whilst supporting Access-wide initiatives and driving continuous improvement Your skills and experiences might also include: o Leadership & Commercial Expertise: Proven leadership in CRM, SaaS, or marketing environments (ideally agency side) with strong commercial acumen, P&L management experience, and ability to drive account growth whilst managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments o CRM & Digital Strategy Knowledge: Strong knowledge of CRM and loyalty strategy with measurable ROI delivery, understanding of CRM integration with digital channels, and experience in hospitality or other commercially driven sectors o Technical & Analytical Capabilities: Ability to leverage AI and data-driven tools to enhance marketing and customer engagement, strong analytical skills, comfort with technology-driven solutions, and knowledge of GDPR best practices and global data compliance o Stakeholder Management & Culture: Strong stakeholder management skills operating at senior level, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and creating a thriving team culture What are we all about?
