This role supports the delivery of DWF's digital marketing performance strategy through reporting, analytics, data-driven decision-making, and campaign optimisation. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the role works across the wider marketing team, supporting key internal stakeholders to ensure digital channels and campaigns are effectively tracked, analysed, and continuously improved.
Responsibilities:
Support regular and ad-hoc performance reporting across digital channels (e.g. website, email, PPC, social, CRM).
Maintain and streamline dashboards to track campaign metrics and make data accessible for key stakeholders.
Ensure that data reports provide insights on key metrics and actionable recommendations where applicable.
Optimise reporting across platforms including HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, and SEMrush.
Ensure data quality, campaign tagging, and reporting consistency across platforms.
Assist with SEO performance monitoring and benchmarking.
Support the Team with BAU tasks, including website updates as and when required.
