Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns and Strategy:

Create and implement group marketing campaigns and strategies Manage and optimise Google Advertising campaigns Project manage outsourced marketing companies, including SEO Oversee social media campaigns and lead generation software Organise group award submissions and contribute to marketing reports Monitor marketing spend and manage the marketing budget

Event and Networking Support:

Identify and attend group networking events Manage event exhibitions and the marketing calendar Assist with client CRM system operations and lead generation

Key Qualities:

Highly ambitious with a clear desire for career progression Motivated and hardworking, with a focus on delivering results A self-starter who is driven to take ownership of tasks A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new skills Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a collaborative team Passion for marketing, with an interest in becoming a marketing leader in the future Previous marketing experience or relevant coursework is a plus, but not required
