About the Role



This is a hands-on, early-career marketing role for someone who wants to blend creativity, technology, and commercial impact. You'll help drive demand for Hoptroff's solutions by crafting and executing smart campaigns, managing content, and supporting our sales pipeline.

If you're excited by both data and creativity, and want to see your work directly move the needle, this role is for you.

What You'll Do



Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (especially on LinkedIn and industry platforms & publications). Create and coordinate engaging content, from posts and emails to event materials. Drive inbound leads through campaigns, events, and webinars. Manage and optimise Salesforce marketing and lead processes. Track campaign performance and learn what works best. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align on demand generation. Bring fresh ideas and make them happen.

What You'll Bring



1-2 years' experience in marketing, sales, or campaign coordination (or standout internship experience). Strong writing and communication skills, you know how to tell a story that converts. Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools. A sales-minded, data-driven approach, you want to see measurable impact. Self-starter attitude, organised, and ready to take ownership. No degree required, just drive, creativity, and a willingness to learn. Based in or around London, with the right to work in the UK.
