Finance Manager

to help build an exceptional internal finance function as we scale in the UK and US.

The Role:

You'll support our CFO in transitioning from an outsourced finance model to a streamlined in-house capability. This is a broad and rewarding role for someone confident with end-to-end finance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle bookkeeping and management accounting (Xero) Monthly entity & consolidated accounts (UK and US) Invoicing, credit control, AP, reconciliations VAT submissions, tax compliance, commissions Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow support Investor reporting and audit support Driving finance process improvements

What We're Looking For:

Part-qualified/newly qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience Proficient in

Xero

and

Excel

(lookups, pivot tables) Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Experience in a startup/SME preferred Bonus: Knowledge of US financial reporting, investor comms
