Who we are

At Henley Bridge, we supply the good stuff so our customers can create the magic. We're all about quality ingredients, shared expertise, and inspiring creativity whether you're a pro chef, chocolatier, gelatiere, or pastry pro. We believe in building real relationships, supporting big ideas, and adding a little extra flair to everything we do.

The role

We're on the lookout for an experienced, talented, tech-savvy and hands-on graphic designer who's as excited about storytelling through visuals as we are about couverture and cocoa nibs! This role blends creative flair with digital know-how crafting vibrant, on-brand content that shines across all our channels.

It's less about traditional graphic design, and more about bringing our brand to life through imaginative, versatile, and scroll-stopping content. You'll use everything from AI image tools and video editing apps to photography and motion graphics to help Henley Bridge and our partner brands look as good as our products taste.

Key responsibilities

Dream up and deliver thumb-stopping visuals that bring our brand and our partners' creations to life. Work across multiple identities with style and flair, creating, tasty content that celebrates each brand's unique flavour. Use the latest generative AI tools to explore bold new directions and enhance creative workflows. Create scroll-worthy visual content for web, social media, and email from carousel images and reels to homepage banners and branded infographics. Edit and finesse images and video for web and socials, think behind-the-scenes bakery vibes, product lifestyle shots, and how-to clips. Design everything from brochures and flyers for our sales team, to digital animations and motion graphics. Ensuring stock of printed assets is replenished when needed. Manage external design/print agencies and own the process. Collaborate with our marketing team on imaginative campaigns and content strategies. Ensure all graphics, logos, and artwork adhere to brand principles, while exploring visual possibilities to keep our look & feel fresh and dynamic. Keep our digital assets catalogued, tidy and ready-to-go using our DAM solution. Stay in the know with trends, visual formats, and platform best practices. Use insights and data to tweak and optimise visual content for better performance. Work closely with the team on all visual requirements for our website, marketing campaigns, advertising, socials, etc..

About you

You're a creative all-rounder with a head full of ideas and a knack for turning concepts into mouth-watering visuals. Confident, curious, and always ready to try the next cool thing especially when it comes to tools like Midjourney, Runway, Krea or Firefly. You're a digital content whizz, not afraid of deadlines and challenging the expected. You are looking to help shape the future look of our companies marketing output and visual content strategy.

You'll likely have:

5+ years of creative experience in a similar content or design-led role. A punchy portfolio packed with digital content, imagery, motion graphics and experimental AI work. Pro skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign alongside EasyCatalog, Canva or similar content tools. Experience in experimenting with AI design tools and other innovative solutions. Savvy with editing tools like Cap Cut, Premiere Pro or similar. A good understanding of UX/UI basics and what makes content work on different platforms. The ability to manage projects from idea to execution, including managing external design/print agencies, juggling multiple tasks and keeping things organised. Experience working in a Windows environment and with DAM systems. Oh, and a love of great food!

Nice to have:

Confidence behind the camera. Experience in design for exhibition graphics.

What we offer

A creative, hands-on role in a friendly, buzzing marketing team where no two projects are the same. The chance to shape a growing brand with loads of creative freedom. The opportunity to explore new tech, push boundaries and create visuals that turn heads. An exciting opportunity where you'll own design, photography, video, and AI-enhanced content to create high-impact visuals.

The role is based in Lewes, but Henley Bridge has a hybrid working policy which means that up to 40% of the working week can be worked remotely (from home or another suitable location).

The remuneration package includes a competitive salary, contributory pension scheme, 25 days paid holiday a year, a healthcare cash plan and Perkbox.
