We're Gulliver's Theme Park Resorts, a family-owned company creating unforgettable days out and short breaks for children aged 12 and under. With four UK locations and over 45 years of heritage, we specialise in fun that families can trust.
Our in-house marketing team is small, creative, and hands-on. We support everything from national campaigns to onsite marketing materials. That means we get to shape the full customer journey, from the first website click to the final ride of the day.
We don't just promote fun; we help create it. Every piece of work we make is a chance to spark excitement, build trust, and celebrate family moments.
The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Designer to bring the Gulliver's brand to life -- across screens, signs, and everything in between. From digital ads and emails to park signage, brochures, and campaign visuals, your work will influence how families experience our brand.
This is a role for someone who's passionate about both creativity and craft: a designer who can tell a story through visuals, bring energy to brand moments, and confidently use tools like CMS platforms or email builders.
We're looking for more than technical design ability. You're a creative marketer at heart -- someone who's curious about performance and audience behaviour. You might get excited about brand partnerships, licensing and IP, or the challenges of cross-promotional campaigns.
You'll report to both the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing, and step into a key role as the lead designer within our team. You'll support and guide other designers, contribute to campaign planning, and help establish the visual direction of the brand across channels and locations.
While families are at the heart of what we do, seasonal events like our Land of Lights Lantern Festival offer the chance to engage broader and more diverse audiences, giving you space to explore new tones and visual styles.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a family company that has delivered Giant Adventures across generations.
If you're a marketing designer with energy, imagination, and a passion for meaningful work, this could be your next big adventure.
What You'll Be Doing:
Design campaign assets for digital and print: social, email, web, signage, OOH, and more.
Collaborate on storytelling and concepts that bring campaigns to life for families with young children.
Work hands-on with our email and website platforms to help build, update, and publish content.
Support the park teams with essential printed materials like ride signage, maps, leaflets, menus, etc.
Contribute to creative planning, from seasonal campaigns to product launches.
Work within our brand style, while also helping evolve it with fresh, fun, family-friendly ideas.
What We're Looking For:
At least 5 years of experience in a design role
Strong portfolio across campaign design, digital content, and print materials.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma a plus.
Basic understanding of how email and web content is built and delivered
Excellent attention to detail, whether designing for a billboard, a brochure, or a website banner.
Experience supporting other designers, with the confidence to give constructive feedback and help uphold creative standards across a team.
An instinct for storytelling and imaginative thinking, especially when it comes to designing joyful experiences for children and families.
A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership of projects.
Why You'll Love It Here:
Your work will be seen and felt by real families -- in our parks, in their inboxes, on their screens, and woven into their experience from start to finish.
You'll get to design across a wide variety of formats, from print to digital, signage to story-driven campaigns, keeping things fresh and never formulaic.
You'll help shape the first-ever theme park experience for thousands of children, the kind of memories that stick for life.
You'll grow as a designer, a thinker, and a creative marketer with support, trust, and the space to evolve.
This is a role with exceptional creative and marketing range, giving you the freedom to stretch your skills and try new things.
You'll be working in a fun environment, alongside our central support teams and amidst the theme park operations team.
This is a full time, permanent position located in-house at Gulliver's Warrington.
The working week is specifically Tuesday to Saturday, complementing the working patterns of the whole marketing team.
If you feel you have the passion, talent and necessary skills for this unique position and would like to be part of a great, growing company then
