At Tate Solar, Tate Oil and DRIVEcard, we're growing fast across energy, renewables and technology. We're looking for a
hands-on, creative Marketing & Digital Executive
to take charge of our digital presence. This is a varied and exciting role working across three dynamic businesses - perfect for a self-starter who loves bringing fresh ideas to life.
The Role
You'll be responsible for driving our marketing and digital activity day-to-day. From managing social media to updating websites, improving SEO, and running direct marketing campaigns - this role is about making things happen, not outsourcing them.
While we'll still use agencies for full-scale website development projects, you'll handle the ongoing maintenance, content updates, and optimisation yourself.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow our
social media presence
(LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with engaging, on-brand content
Maintain and update company
websites
with new content, images, landing pages, and news updates
Improve and monitor
SEO performance
to boost visibility and rankings
Create and deliver
direct marketing campaigns
(email, digital, and traditional channels)
Develop marketing materials and content to support sales and brand growth
Track and report on campaign and website performance (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.)
Work closely with the wider team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all businesses
About You
We're looking for a
do-er
- someone who rolls up their sleeves and makes things happen.
Proven experience in marketing, digital content, or similar roles
Hands-on skills with
WordPress/website CMS
updates and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Good understanding of
SEO
and analytics
Experience running
social media
accounts for a business
Creative, proactive, and full of ideas
Strong communication and copywriting skills
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects across different brands
