Position Overview:





We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have deep regional expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in B2B/B2C marketing across multiple countries.

What You Will Do:




Strategy & Leadership

+ Develop and implement the EMEA marketing strategy aligned with global objectives and regional market dynamics.
+ Lead and mentor a high-performing regional marketing team.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Communications.

Campaign Management

+ Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, PR, content) tailored to regional audiences.
+ Optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights and analytics.

Brand & Communications

+ Ensure brand consistency across all EMEA markets.
+ Manage regional PR, media relations, and thought leadership initiatives.

Market Intelligence

+ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.
+ Identify growth opportunities and emerging markets within EMEA.



Budget & Performance

+ Own the regional marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
+ Track KPIs and report on ROI, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness.







What You Will Bring:




Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within EMEA. Proven success in managing regional teams and executing cross-border campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation platforms. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
