- You will be leading commercial marketing strategy to create growth, customer acquisition, and loyalty across multiple channels. You will oversee performance marketing, CRM, product, pricing, and promotional initiatives, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and deliver demostrable ROI. Collaboration with operations, digital, and international teams will be key to optimising customer experience, food delivery and conversion funnels.
- You'll also monitor market trends, identify new growth opportunities, and develop business cases for new products or initiatives. Visible leadership is essential to foster a high performing team and bring the brand vision to life through effective cross-functional partnerships.
