Marketing & Enrolment Coordinator

to help us grow our nursery community and maintain high occupancy.

> About the Role

This is a part-time role (16 hours per week) with a mix of marketing, parent engagement and community outreach. You'll be the first point of contact for many families and play a vital role in keeping Nestlings full and thriving.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Promotion



Run engaging social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and local parent groups. Create eye-catching posters/flyers for the community and manage our online presence.

Occupancy Monitoring



Track room-by-room occupancy weekly. Flag upcoming availability and work with the management team on campaigns to fill spaces.

Parent Engagement



Respond promptly to enquiries and nurture families through to registration. Organise and conduct nursery show-arounds (with support from management).

Community Outreach



Build strong links with local groups (libraries, baby classes, GP surgeries, coffee shops, toddler groups). Attend and represent Nestlings at community events. Distribute flyers, build word-of-mouth and raise the nursery's profile locally.
> What We're Looking For

Confident communicator with excellent people skills. Organised and proactive, with attention to detail. Marketing experience (social media, digital campaigns, or community outreach). Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about early years education. Able to work independently while being part of a small, supportive team.
> Hours & Flexibility

16 hours per week

Can be structured as 2 full days or across several mornings/afternoons. Mix of on-site, in the community, and some remote (for marketing tasks).
