Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketer/online sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. This role requires excellent time management skills and the capacity to analyse data to drive marketing decisions. The successful candidate will be proficient in various marketing tools, including Google Ads and email marketing platforms, and have experience with project management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and email. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise future marketing strategies. Manage Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. Create engaging content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging. Utilise Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials and graphics. Maintain organised project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution of marketing plans. Assist office colleagues in day to day running of business

Experience

Proven experience in a marketing role or similar position is preferred. Strong understanding of market analysis techniques and consumer behaviour. Proficiency in email marketing tools and Google Ads management. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous. Competence in using Office applications for reporting and presentations. Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with exceptional communication skills. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not mandatory.
