You'll be based at our modern offices in

Birchwood, Warrington

, which has excellent transport links to Liverpool, Manchester, and surrounding areas. After your training period, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely one day a week.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, PPC Produce, edit, and manage content (blogs, website copy, social media, newsletters) Support website content updates and CMS tasks Assist with SEO / SEM tasks, keyword research, optimization Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, dashboards) Manage marketing calendars, liaise with our external agency and internal teams Ensure brand consistency across all communications Track market trends, competitor activity, and audience insight Support marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasts

What We're Looking For

2+ years' marketing or digital marketing experience (agency or in-house) Hands-on experience with digital channels, content and social media, including Wordpress Strong analytical skills and comfort with reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel, dashboards) Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders Creative, proactive, and self-starter mindset Comfortable collaborating with external partners Bonus: experience with CRM / marketing automation, basic design (e.g. Canva)

Experience

Minimum two years marketing or digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)

Hours & Working Pattern

8-hour days, Monday to Friday Option to work full time (5 days) or part time (4 full days) Hybrid working once training is complete
