About Us
Elite Activity Group owns and operates leading family leisure venues including The Bounce Park (indoor inflatable parks) and The Play Park (soft play centres). With new sites launching and exciting expansion ahead, we are looking for a talented, hands-on Marketing Executive to help shape our brand presence and drive our growth.
This role is perfect for someone who loves creativity, enjoys variety, and wants to put their stamp on multiple brands that bring joy to thousands of families every year.
The Role
As our Marketing Executive, you will take the lead on the delivery of all marketing activity across digital, social, and local channels. You'll work across multiple venues, ensuring consistent, exciting, on-brand marketing that drives engagement, bookings, and footfall.
You'll coordinate the execution of marketing activity across socials, our website, booking system, and customer communication channels -- ensuring everything connects seamlessly and delivers real results.
This is a hands-on, creative, and fast-paced role where you'll bring ideas to life and help shape the identity of our growing group.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Marketing Execution
Develop and deliver marketing plans for The Bounce Park, The Play Park, and future venues.
Plan and support themed events, seasonal campaigns, and promotional launches.
Digital Marketing
Manage updates to the website, booking system messaging, and customer journey touchpoints.
Deliver email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp or Flodesk.
Support paid advertising across Google and social platforms (training available).
Social Media Coordination
Oversee the delivery of social media content, ensuring posts, stories, and video campaigns are consistent with brand tone and marketing goals.
Review and provide feedback on content created by internal or external contributors.
Capture and edit real-life content from venues as needed.
Content Creation
Produce high-quality graphics, videos, posters, leaflets, and digital assets using Canva or Adobe tools.
Create engaging written content including blog posts, newsletters, and marketing copy.
Brand & Local Marketing
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all venues and channels.
Support community outreach, school engagement, PR opportunities, influencer visits, and local partnerships.
Performance Reporting
Track and report on the performance of campaigns, social channels, email marketing, and promotions.
Use insights to refine future strategies and improve results.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills
Experience in marketing (education or professional).
Strong written and verbal communication.
Confidence creating content using Canva or Adobe tools.
Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
A proactive, ideas-driven mindset.
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Flodesk, etc).
Basic understanding of website management or SEO.
Photography/videography experience.
Experience in leisure, hospitality, or family attractions.
