As we continue our rapid growth and expansion within the UK, we are looking for talented, dynamic individuals to join our forward-thinking team. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic

Marketing Executive

to support our marketing efforts, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, UK.

Key responsibilities:

Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social media and events. Manage and process inbound sales leads through our CRM platform, ensuring prompt follow-up with the sames team. Create and schedule engaging social media content aligned with BTL's brand voice and visual identity. Assist with campaign planning and execution, inlcuding coordingation of digital assets, copywriting, and performance tracking. Support event and conference planning - including logistics, coordination with suppliers, and on-site attendance when required. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent communication and smooth campaign delivery. Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and contribute to regular marketing reports. Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure high standards of accuracy across all communications.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Desired 2 years experience working in a marketing role. Strong attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality work. Confident and professional communicator, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, Experience with email marketing platforms (preferably Mailchimp) and excellent copywriting skills. Editing and Content Creation skills. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, although comprehensive training will be provided. Based in or around London.
