Salary Band: 32,000 - 38,000 depending on experience
Role Purpose
The Retail Marketeer is entrusted with overseeing all marketing activities that support the Retail Vertical at Viezu Technologies Ltd and its associated brands, Paramount Performance Automotive Ltd. This responsibility encompasses campaign planning, execution, content creation, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of promotions, new product launches, special offers and Events.
The incumbent will closely collaborate with the retail sales team to enhance lead conversion, maintain precise CRM records, and ensure that all promotional pricing is accurately set in ZOHO Books and reflected online. This role necessitates a combination of robust digital execution skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
Key Responsibilities
Campaigns & Promotions
Plan, execute, and optimize B2C product promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate marketing efforts for new products or services, including the development of sales collateral, video, and web content.
Ensure special offers and pricing rules are correctly configured in ZOHO Books and synced with WooCommerce.
Deliver post-campaign ROI reports to marketing and sales management.
Sales Team Integration
Attend and lead regular debriefs with the retail sales team.
Provide updates on promotions, product launches, pricing, offer expiry dates, and support materials.
Ensure leads are accurately tagged in ZOHO CRM for reporting, nurturing, and tracking.
Create and maintain ZOHO CRM templates and workflows to support lead generation and conversion.
Website & Product Content
Maintain promotional banners, popups, and calls-to-action on viezu.com and associated eCommerce sites, Paramount Performance Automotive Developments Ltd.
Coordinate with the Digital Product Manager and developers for retail content updates and page structure.
Ensure that product titles, images, benefits, fitment, and pricing are accurate across online listings.
Social Media & Community Engagement
Manage content calendars and publish engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
Moderate and grow customer groups, such as the Mod Squad, engaging in conversations and product discussions.
Support lead generation through live content, competitions, polls, and testimonials.
Reporting & Data Accuracy
Maintain monthly ROI and campaign performance reports.
Monitor abandoned cart recovery and conversion rates.
Execute all SEO content briefs from SEO Agency within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Track and analyse performance using Google Analytics, social insights, and sales data.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achieve an ROI of at least 4x on retail marketing spend.
Recover ?15% of abandoned carts.
Ensure 100% accuracy in campaign setup within ZOHO Books.
Communicate 100% of new offers to the sales team in advance.
Update CRM tagging, workflows, and templates monthly.
Drive engagement and member growth in the Mod Squad and on key platforms.
Action SEO briefs within five working days.
