Marketing Executive
Salary: 28,000 per annum
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Aldridge, Walsall
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (can be slightly flexible with these hours)
Start Date: ASAP
As Marketing Executive, you'll support the Head of Marketing in delivering a wide variety of campaigns and initiatives designed to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and engage customers. From managing digital platforms to crafting impactful content, you'll play a vital role in ensuring all marketing activity is consistent, professional, and effective.
This is a hands-on, varied position where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who enjoys both creativity and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and delivering the marketing strategy.
  • Manage and grow digital channels including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Create compelling content such as blogs, case studies, brochures, exhibition assets, and digital campaign materials.
  • Drive traffic and lead generation through SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Capture and edit photography and video content for multi-channel use.
  • Analyse and report on performance using tools such as GA4, WordPress, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
  • Collaborate with agencies, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
About You
We're seeking a proactive, organised, and creative individual who is confident working across multiple channels. You'll need to be adaptable, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute fresh ideas.
You'll bring:
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or similar - or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' broad marketing experience (social, content, PR, design, events) if no qualification.
  • Excellent content writing skills with SEO knowledge.
  • Proven experience managing social media channels and communities.
  • Competence with analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, email/social insights).
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS and CRM systems (Sugar CRM is a bonus).
  • Experience running Google Ads and paid social campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Strong stakeholder management and agency liaison experience.
