Marketing Executive (12-Month FTC - Maternity Cover)

12-month fixed term (Maternity Cover) with the potential to progress into permanent position

Full-time, Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00

Salary:

27-30k DOE

We're looking for a

Marketing Executive

to join our growing team on a

12-month fixed-term contract

to cover maternity leave - with genuine potential for longer-term progression as our team expands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, hands-on Marketer to take full ownership of our social media channels, manage campaigns, and support exciting projects, including the launch of a new website and refreshed email campaigns.

What you'll be doing:

Plan, create, and schedule content for social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). Develop, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows. Monitor and report on performance metrics for social media and email campaigns, suggesting improvements based on analytics. Assist with content creation for blogs, website updates, and other marketing materials. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

What we're looking for:

At least 1 year of experience in a professional marketing role. Proven experience managing and creating content for social media channels. Confident using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a professional environment. Experience with email marketing is highly desirable. Creative, hands-on, and confident taking ownership of your work. Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team.
