Do you have the creativity and drive to be part of the marketing team at one of Northern Ireland's most stunning 5visitor attractions? We're recruiting for a full-time Marketing Executive with a focus on digital marketing, working across both Montalto Estate and The Carriage Rooms.
From enchanting weddings and exclusive events to our award-winning gardens, cafe, shop and visitor experiences, this role gives you the chance to bring our brand stories to life and help us connect with thousands of visitors every year.

No two days are the same here. One day you might be creating a social media campaign for a captivating wedding showcase, the next you're shooting content in the heart of our gardens or reporting on the success of a seasonal event.
You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager but also have plenty of autonomy and creative freedom, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves variety and wants to see their ideas make a real impact.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging content and collaborate with bloggers, influencers, and media partners to expand reach.
Produce photography, reels, and videos that showcase the beauty and experiences of Montalto Estate and The Carriage Rooms, ensuring content is stored and organised effectively.
Assist in the planning and delivery of campaigns promoting weddings, events, membership, trails, cafe, and shop, using performance and competitor analysis to guide future activity.
Work with the Marketing Manager and Events Team to upload events to the ticketing system and provide marketing support before and during events.
Develop and manage a monthly e-newsletter and blog to connect with audiences, drive bookings, and increase visitor engagement.
Assist with website updates and improvements, ensuring SEO and user experience best practices are applied.
Manage the production and display of on-site digital and print marketing materials.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches to the team.

Candidate Requirements:
Third-level marketing qualification or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and content creation is desirable but not essential.
Excellent copywriting skills for both B2C and B2B audiences.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
IT savvy with familiarity with marketing and design tools such as Mailchimp and Canva, analytics platforms, and basic SEO principles.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
A collaborative team player who can also work independently with initiative.
Experience in tourism, hospitality, or events marketing is desirable but not essential.
