About the Role

As our Marketing Executive, you'll lead the development and delivery of marketing activity for both

Cransford

and our diverse client portfolio.

This is a hands-on role with real autonomy -- perfect for someone who wants to take ownership and build a marketing function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Grow and manage Cransford's social media presence across all platforms Plan, attend, and represent the business at networking events (e.g., Chamber of Commerce, industry functions) Develop and deliver marketing campaigns for our clients Produce engaging content: posts, blogs, visuals, video snippets, etc. Track performance and report on campaign success Support wider business development and brand awareness initiatives

About You

We're looking for someone eager to step up, take responsibility, and bring fresh ideas.

You should have:

A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

OR

proven experience delivering the responsibilities outlined At least 1 year of marketing experience Strong understanding of social media and content creation Excellent communication skills and confidence representing the business at events A proactive, self-starting mindset and willingness to learn
