Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for driving growth and revenue by formulating and delivering an innovate business development strategy across all forms of social and direct marketing.
Translate commercial strategies into focussed commercial plans and manage the delivery of these to ensure progress towards targets, whilst maximising conversion of any enquiries to revenue generating activity.
Identify and implement new revenue generating and brand awareness opportunities through initiatives to grow revenue streams and market share whilst enhancing organisational reputation.
Use of marketing and performance data avenues to monitor, analyse and report activity, adjusting strategies where necessary.
Proactively drive forward activities across cross functional teams, showing innovative solutions in order to tenaciously grow sales and allied training facility activities.

Qualifications and Experience
Education acquired marketing qualification preferred but not essential
Proven background in brand marketing experience
Experience in driving commercial sales revenue projects
Highest standards of financial account accuracy and attention to detail
